who we are

shedworks.dev is a draftr works platform, operated by Draftr, a business based in the Philippines. On this site we sell small, independent software. These terms cover every purchase and download made through shedworks.dev.

what you're buying

Each product listed on the shelf is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep the copy you downloaded forever. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no seats to renew. If a product is updated while you own it, any updates we choose to publish to you are included at no extra cost.

the license you get

When you pay for a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the devices you personally own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software. You may not remove copyright notices or pretend you authored it. You may modify a copy for your own use.

Free downloads on the shelf are offered under the same terms: personal use, no redistribution, no resale.

payment

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle collects the payment, handles taxes where required, and issues you a receipt. Your relationship for the transaction itself is with Paddle; your relationship for the software is with us. Paddle's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

Prices are listed in US dollars. A peso indicative is shown for convenience; the charged currency is whatever Paddle displays at checkout.

delivery

After payment, the file or access link is delivered to the email you provided at checkout. Delivery is usually instant. If you do not receive a file within an hour, email us and we will resend it.

refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on all paid products. Details are on our refund policy page.

warranty & liability

Our software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ship things that work, but we cannot promise a product will suit every use case or run on every system. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Draftr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

acceptable use

Do not use our software to break the law, infringe on other people's rights, or harm others. Do not attempt to attack the site, the checkout, or other customers. We can terminate access for serious abuse.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the site before taking effect. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email first will fall to the courts of the Philippines.
