refund policy

how refunds are handled

All purchases on shedworks.dev are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy, which sets the rules for your transaction regardless of where you bought from.

In most jurisdictions this means a 14-day window from the date of purchase during which you may request a refund. Some regions have different statutory periods, which are described in Paddle’s policy.

how to request a refund

You can request a refund two ways:

  • reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net
  • email us at hello@shedworks.dev and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf

Either route leads to the same outcome. Refunds are issued by Paddle and typically arrive back on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
