privacy policy

the short version

We only collect the data we need to sell you a product and send you the file. No ad tracking, no profiling, no reselling. If you never buy anything, we likely never see your email.

who we are

shedworks.dev is a draftr works platform, operated by Draftr, a business based in the Philippines. For the purposes of data-protection law, Draftr is the data controller for the information described on this page.

what we collect

When you buy something, our payment provider Paddle collects:

• your email address (for receipt and delivery)
• your name (for billing)
• billing country and tax info, where required
• payment details — handled entirely by Paddle, never stored by us

When you download a free product, we typically don't collect anything beyond basic server logs.

When you email us, we receive the email address and message you send. That's it.

When you visit the site, our host receives standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) as part of normal server operation. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party ad scripts.

why we collect it

• to send you the product you paid for
• to issue receipts and comply with tax law
• to answer your emails
• to keep the site running and catch abuse
• to honor refunds and license questions later

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

who we share it with

A few trusted providers help us run the shop:

• Paddle.com Market Limited — merchant of record; handles payment, tax, and receipts. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc. — hosting. Serves the site and keeps request logs.
• our email host — delivers messages sent to and from hello@shedworks.dev.

We do not share your information with anyone outside what is needed to deliver the product, issue a receipt, or reply to an email. We disclose information only when legally required.

how long we keep it

• purchase records — kept for as long as tax law requires (generally 5 to 10 years, depending on jurisdiction)
• email conversations — kept while they're useful to us or you; deleted on request
• server logs — rotated on our host's normal schedule, typically 30 days

your rights

You can email us at any time to:

• see what we have on file about you
• correct something that's wrong
• delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for tax reasons
• ask a copy of your data to be exported
• object to a specific use

We respond to data requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The checkout flow is handled by Paddle in its own overlay, which may set cookies strictly needed to process your payment. No analytics, no ad cookies, no cross-site tracking.

international transfers

We're based in the Philippines. Our providers (Paddle, Vercel, email host) operate globally, which means your data may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

children

The site is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

changes to this policy

When we update this policy, the “last updated” date at the top reflects the change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
